These air beds are for temporary use. The Intex Raised Twin Air Beds are great because they have a built in electric pump. Very easy to inflate and take down. However, there is a strong plastic smell to almost all air beds so they should be aired out before they are actually used. The pump works great, and the bed is overall comfortable.
Due to the sensitivity of the air bed, you should try and use it more frequently at first. There is a 90 day warranty on Intex air beds, so this way you can get protected. There have been some people who did complain about the leakage so it is better to test the bed more frequently.
Twin Size Mattress
The benefit of the Intex raised twin air bed is that they are high so you feel like you are sleeping on the regular bed. One thing to keep in mind is that these are twin size air beds so their size is smaller. Depending on the use of the bed, you may want to consider buying larger size for more comfort. But again, that is on personal preference. Any twin size sheet fits on these beds. It is not for two people to sleep on (even though it is possible), but preferably for one because of the smaller size.
